• How does Squeaky's Unlimited Membership work? After purchasing a membership, your license plate number will be recorded and kept safe in our system. Every time you pull up to the gates after that, our equipment will identify your license plate using license plate recognition technology, and the gates will automatically let you in​​

• Do I really have unlimited washes? You can wash your car as much as you would like. The only exception is only one wash per day

• Can a membership be used for more than one vehicle? Each membership is on a per vehicle basis, but ask a team member about our family plan options to save some money on multiple vehicles!

• How do I cancel my membership? You can cancel by filling out a simple form at our car wash

• When will my card be charged? Your card on file will be charged on the same day every month, which is the same day that you signed up for the membership

• Any commitments or obligations? We sometimes offer promotions that do come with short term commitments, but the majority of the time you can cancel your membership any time you like with no contract or obligations!

• Can I pay with cash? Due to the recurring membership, we do not accept cash for our memberships, but you can purchase long term memberships up front with cash

• What if my card on file is expiring/has expired? Stop by and see us the next time you plan to wash and we can update it for you
